Passwire box failure

Tuesday car cut off started back up thirty minutes later went home crunk it up five times no problem next morning get ready to go to work car will not crank I had a mechanic come out he tested the starter checked the fuses told me he believed that my car was off so I called us auto sales the told me that the car wasn't off so I called the mechanic back he still said the car was off so then I call back to us auto sales this time the said the car wasn't off that it was losing power that I would have to bring it up there I told the lady it wouldn't crank she said I could set up and they would come get it and if it wasn't the passwire that I'd have to pay for everything. The next day I had a technician to come out and scan test and check everything everything checked out except the passwire box so I called back to the company the lady told me that the box had been dead every since October 8th and it wasn't going to crank why wasn't I told this the first time?Every since the guy called wanting me to trade my car because I am almost finished paying for it this happened.I am not responsible for that box and I need my car to get back and forth to work my car can not sit 48hours for a quick installation of that box. Customer service was very rude and deceitful I need the issue resolved asap I've never missed a payment this is the second car I've had with no problem until now something fishy seems to be going on.

Worse company ever!!!! Dont Trust Any of Them

On 9/12/18, I purchased a car from the lithia spring location as I was driving home that night, the check engine light came on immediately I called Demetri (salesperson) and told him what happened. He advised me that I needed to call to make a service appt the next day to have it checked I did and it was set up for 9/20/18 one week later. The next day the car begin to shut off again I called Demetri then on Friday the car shut off while at work and it had to be towed. One week later the car began shutting off again at that point I called a tow service and Demetri told him that I was sending the car back to the dealership and I wanted my down payment back. There was never any insurance put on the car which means the bank couldn't complete the deal without it. nobody from this company is calling me back and as of yesterday Princess( manager at that location) says I needed to speak to someone in finance. Their saying the car is being called a repossession but how is the question.

I already made one post. The sales manager or office manager at US Auto Sales on Independence Blvd is full of *** I’ve been calling about my tag for about 2 weeks. As of today 10/10, I’m being advised well since you live in SC you have to pay your property taxes first. Mind you I purchased my car on 9/5!!! If I knew this, WHY would I be calling y’all. So then the black bald headed guy gone say well you’re the firs person this has happened to. Really. I mean what you want me to do? I can’t confirm if you were told that or not. So I’m a liar too. Why would I have been up there sick in the rain if it was my fault. Then he gone say You will have 10 additional days. Well if that’s the case change my tag. I can’t because of the law. The law! By law, I should have had a 45 day tag from the jump AND I should have been advised this policy. He was very non chalant because he has been paid. I just signed my Odometer Disclosure paperwork today but it’s backdated to 9/5. Ashley Best was not my salesman. I don’t know who she is. Never met her. I told him I wanted my paperwork to reflect today’s date and he said No. Further shows that this dealership is full of it. My salesman was Action Jackson and he was awesome! He no longer works there. I see why! I would not and will not refer anyone to this dealership. This is some BS! So pissed right now!!!!

I referred my friend to this dealership she was approved and decided to get a car from another US Auto dealership. I was told that the salesman that entered the information would have to do the referral. My friend and I went back and forth with the salesman. Finally he sent me the forms to fill out and I did. I called and emailed him every other day and when I said that I was coming to the dealership he then said that his manager said that I couldn't get the referral because she purchased online which was not true because I had already talked to the other dealer. A referral is a referral!! I have received a referral before from this company no hassle no problems. This situation has been over two months and I will never get another car from them nor refer my other friends. Stop advertising referrals and you cant deliver. I had an excellent experience with getting my fee before this time has been a headache. I was wanting to get another car from them after i pay mine out but after the round round that I have been given this time I'll go elsewhere.

Never Again

NEVER AGAIN.... These people sold us a car with engine problems, took them over a month to finally get it resolved, and then had attitude with us for standing up to them.

Now today, they wanted to be *** because the company I was working for lost a ton of work and I had to switch jobs. Every payment has been made on time and just because I haven't been there 6 mos. they won't help me out without documentation I can't even get on a weekend. Not only will I never buy another car from them, I will trash there name for anyone looking for a car.

Forget all about the BBB. They can and will do nothing.

They are not The Commerce Police and have no legal representative or litigious power at all. They are an Urban Legend who will take a report, period. QUOTE : " I will trash there (sic) name " ...

and these are the people whom you expect to go out of their way to help you ? Dream on.

Bought a 2010 buock lacrosse cxs in 2016 . havent even had 2 years and the car is basically falling apart. . it was diagnosed tge shop said 3000 to fix plus they sold me a service agreement which is no longer valid 3000 dollars wasted . the car is not worth the pay off ..what i come to realize is they put a bandaide on the cars to get you financed then charge the *** out of you and dont do anything for your credit. But today i will be taking this car back giving it to them and good riddance . i will not waste another dime .. Or refer anyone else here ... Dead

Got an email from us auto thanking me for the review. Still no word from anyone.

Still had to drive to Atlanta for work, worrying if the new $21.000 truck is going to break down. Thought us auto sold quality used cars!!!!! To bad we didn't go to CarMax.

They have a seven day return. Maybe if us auto had this policy this truck would be going back

First car good. Second got totaled. Thank goodness for Gap. The third, the one we could get with no down payment, broke down on the way home after we traveled to S.C. from Atlanta to pick it up. Now we are stuck with a 21,000 broke down truck. Thank goodness my husband can work on cars!

US Auto Sales - Car still not fix
My car has been in their shop 4 times in the 10 months I've had it. And each time they haven't fixed the problem. My car is back there now and I advised them of what the problems were and again the main problem hasn't been solved. They want me to pay more money and I refuse.

I purchased a 2011 Chevy Cruze LT back in the beginning of August! I haven’t had it for 3 months, and my engine light is on due to “ Mass Air Flow Sensor” that needs to be replaced. When I express my concerns to US Auto Sales these crooks gonna tell me I need to pay $100 for my warranty! First of all, I don’t need to kick out no money!!! My sensor on my front right tire is broke as well. Not a happy customer! As, I’m always on time with payments, and will report to BBB if this issue is not resolved!!!

Who the *** is stealing the money in the company. Like I been waiting on a referral check since April and it’s *** August.

And every manager is getting fired but don’t nobody know where tf the money is. Y’all some real *** and I will be the one to put a stop to it. I done referred 6 *** people and now it’s lie about my money. Man I am going to have my attorney investigate this place because it’s the mfs that Work there stealing the money.

And then keep *** lieing about the *** But I will be paying a visit up there tomorrow with the news/ media to see what’s going on. That’s bad business and makes the company look terrible. And then the manager before before Ken told me that the employees were sending referral checks to addresses so that they could get them. That’s *** up frfr.

But I will get to the bottom of it and whoever tf go down behind it so be it. Y’all been stealing to long and now the people that’s being loyal and sending people y’all way getting *** over. I emailed and called AJ Jackson District Manager and the mf have yet to respond so when I come and get the law involved then it’s nothing to talk about.

Lied to me about referral payment. I never got it and it's been almost 2 years. Called and asked about it and get *** answers. Barely any of my payment goes to principal. Not even $100 of it goes to principal. Stay far away from these {{REDACTED}}. I will be giving this crap back to them as soon as i get another car. My loan is 3x what my car is now worth. It's a bad move to go here. Try anywhere but here.

Worst customer Experience ever

I started a loan with this company in September. I made All monthly payments on time including the additional payment for "their protection policy" January came during the Georgia snow storm I was making a simple turn on a residential street that caused my car to slide and while attempting to break the car, so I did not hit (Which I did not hit anything), it cause my driver side wheel axel to break. I reached out to the company the next day to inform and had my car towed to their service center in union city. One day after having it towed to their location I received a call stating damages was covered by my warranty and had to make a payment of $100 (approximately) and it will be fixed. The lady informed me that the parts were being ordered and in 1 week it would be fixed and just pay when I came in. 1 week later the same rep called and said to replace the tire would not be covered and I would need to pay $195 to have it ordered (paid that the same day) while I assuming my car is being repaired I missed days of work. 1 week later Im thinking Im receiving a call informing me that my car was ready (nope). The rep said that nothing was cover and I need to pay an additional $2000. When I asked to get time to think about this I asked more questions with no answer. 2 weeks later my payment was due and I informed several people of the situation and no one seemed to know nor did they care. I wanted to reported a complaint to the corporate location in Lawerenceville, but magically they informed me that actually it will be covered under my protection plan, just had to pay the $500 deductible - the $195 I had already paid. Paid that amount within a few days. Now, the lady informed me that they can order the parts. Now as I mentioned above this was already told to me that the parts were already order and here we are 1 month later and the car had not been touched and they gotten several payments from me. While I waited asked if I could get a loaner vehicle for the inconvience. Answer "no". Okay so what can I do. "You can go get a rental, but not certain of we will pay for that". Okay so No car + they have my $$$ = no job for me. I eventually after all that did a voluntary repossion and no its on my credit as a debt. Where was the fairness in that. I had been a loyal customer up to this point and still was willing to work with them even though it felt as if they jist wanted my money. They wanted my business but did not reapect me as a client. Still no car and a large debt $14,000 for their poor customer service.

Every time I've spoken to a customer service agent in the customer care department their attitudes are horriable I cant wait till i pay off this car. I will never reccommend any one to purchase a vechicle from them
