I called US Auto requesting an extension on my car payment for 2 days. Andrea (supervisor) told me I had to send in 2 of my pay stubs.

I am not behind on my car payment for the month of July 2017. They give you the run around on information from the customer service adviser to the supervisor. They also had me on hold 3 times for 10 minutes to explain the circumstances of my payment. They told me if I do not pay they would cut the cat off and then repossess the vehicle.

I ONLY OWE THEM FOR THIS MONTH.... I do not know why these pay here buy here car companies exist. It should be against the law for these companies to handle their EXCELLENT CUSTOMERS like this.

Can someone help me with an explanation on this situation? i will not purchase another vehicle from a company like US Auto Sales (South Carolina, Georgia, or any other state).

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $15000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

US Auto Sales Cons: Poor customer service, Bad people, This company.
