These people SUCK.

Everybody know in this world u make one CarPayment a month. Why US Auto telling me I have to make 3 payments in a month just because Im bi weekly. Now tell me that some retarded *** Another thing my CarPayment is paid why is my car off and cant be used.

Insurance claim department

Issue not resolved

My issue has not been handled and now my car has been turned off and it is the weekend. My payment was supposed to be changed to my new pay day. I have sent my pay stubs twice and made 3 phone calls. Im not happy. How do I get this taken care of? I used the app to get my car in but that only works for 24 hours. What do I do for Sunday?

Unprofessionalism

Since I tried calling the customer service number twice just to be hung up on it's now got me more mad. I've been messaging and talking to people since 5 am this morning and it is now 6:30 pm. I sent over all my paperwork after being told I was pre-approved multiple times told everyone I talked to that i would have to take an Uber to the car lot so I wanted all my ducks in a row and it to basically be set in stone. I filled out all the paperwork and emailed it back. Found out when I got there she did not receive my last email with the rest of the paperwork so she didn't even run his app yet so we had to sit there paperwork

For yall to cut my car on

Was out at store and car cut off on me due to payment that's not due till Friday when I get paid please turn car back on till tomorrow please so I can go home I have newborn babe in the car we stuck

Over ride won't work

My car payment is due I'm trying to use the the 24-hour override code and it is not letting me crank my car I have to be to work I'm late now and it will not let me crank my car I need someone to call me ASAP

Dwoc and repair on my vehicle

Frequently oil changes. Oil leak problem since I purchased the vehicle. The oil problem made my car fuel pump mess up and other issues.
