US Auto Sales - TERRIBLE SERVICE
THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST TO DEAL WITH I WAS A CUSTOMER WITH THEM FOR TWO YEARS AND TWO MONTHS I JUST TRADED MY VEHICLE IN IM SO GLADE I DID , THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE I WORK IN FINANCE COLLECTIONS AND WE ALWAYS ASSIST OUR CUSTOMERS THEY ARE A HUGE PART OF OUR SUCESS AS A COMPANY WE VALUE THEM ,THE REPS HAVE AN ATTITUDE LIKE YOU OWE THEM SOMETHING ON A PERSONAL LEVEL AND THEY DO NOT LIKE TO HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS ,WHEN U SIGN A CONTRACT FOR YEARS THINGS CHANGE AND LIFE HAPPENS THAT ARE UNEXPECTED ,THEY DO NOT WANT TO HELP YOU AS A CUSTOMER YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH DEATH JUST TO GET AN ARRANGEMENT OR A DEFERMENT, I PAID ON TIME NO MISSED PAYMENTS FOR 2 YEARS A TRUE LOYAL CUSTOMER, BUT EACH TIME I CALLED FOR HELP DUE TO MEDICAL ISSUES I HAD ISSUES BEFORE AN ARRANGEMENT WAS GIVEN TO ME, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY, SINCE THEY FINANCE THEIR OWN VEHICLES THEY NEED A BETTER WAY TO SERVICE THEIR CUSTOMERS, IT IS BETTER TO KEEP A LOYAL CUSTOMER HAPPY THAT IS TAKING CARE OF YOUR BUSINESS, I MADE A BBB COMPLAINT ALSO AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED, THEY NEED TO REALLY GO BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD, THERE ISVNOT RESPECT , OR INTEGRITY ABOUT WHAT THEY DO.
